The total delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.

Processing Time: The period when your order is prepared, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier. This may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Shipping Time: The time from when your package is shipped until it arrives at your delivery address.

Please note: During peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, or unexpected carrier delays, processing and delivery may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Tracking

If tracking shows no update within the expected timeframe, please do not worry immediately. In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed by the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

Homessen is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping fees may apply if you request the order to be reshipped.

If you contact the carrier directly to forward, redirect, or change the delivery address, we cannot guarantee safe delivery and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the redirection.

Shipping Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue.

If tracking shows no update for more than 15 days for U.S. orders or 25 days for international orders, you may contact us to request assistance, a replacement, or a refund review.

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building management, or front desk first. After that, contact our support team for further assistance.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or carrier handling.

If your items arrive in separate packages, you will not be charged extra shipping fees.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for the same order.
