At Homessen, we are committed to providing practical, reliable, and easy-to-use home essentials that help make everyday living smarter and easier. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our support team within 2 hours after placing it.

After this period, your order may be processed for fulfillment and cannot be canceled or changed.

Please make sure all information — including product options, quantity, and shipping address — is correct before checkout.

Refund & Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The product received is significantly different from the product description or images.
  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error or the carrier’s fault.
  • Missing items in your order.
  • The product arrives broken or unusable.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date with proof of the issue, such as photos or videos.

Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Complete with all accessories, parts, manuals, or included items.

Please do not return any product without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Not Eligible for Refund

We cannot accept refund or replacement requests caused by:

  • Incorrect product selection, color, size, quantity, or variant made by the customer.
  • Slight color or size differences due to lighting, photography, or screen display.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products that have been used, washed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Delays caused by customs, local postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

Shipping Issues

If tracking shows no update for more than 15 days for U.S. orders or 25 days for international orders, you may request a replacement or refund.

If your parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you may receive a 70% refund of the item price. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to our support team for assistance.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it may take:

Timing for prepaid cards depends on the issuing bank and may take up to 30 days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.

A 1.5% processing fee may apply to cancellations or refunds where payment processing fees are non-refundable.

To request a refund, replacement, or return authorization, please email our support team with:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos or videos showing the problem.
  • Your preferred resolution: refund, replacement, or return.
